Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Storybook Streams — finally, music your kids and you can agree on. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Storybook Streams website and mobile application (the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Overview of Service

Storybook Streams is a subscription-based streaming platform that delivers AI-powered, professionally produced songs that teach life lessons and educational concepts. Content is created exclusively by Storybook Streams and is intended for streaming only.

2. Account Registration

To access the full Service, you must create an account and subscribe. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

  • Storybook Streams offers a monthly subscription for $7 USD.

  • Users may optionally donate an additional $2 USD to a selected charity.

  • In the future, merchandise and custom song orders (one-time payments) will be offered.

  • Subscription tiers may expand (e.g., a $15/month premium tier), and all pricing and features will be clearly communicated before changes take effect.

Your subscription will auto-renew monthly unless canceled before your billing date. You may manage or cancel your subscription via your account settings or the respective app store.

4. Free Content

We offer limited free songs (4 tracks) on the homepage for sampling purposes. Access to the full library requires a subscription.

5. Content Usage Rights

  • All music, lyrics, and content on Storybook Streams is protected by copyright and intended for streaming only.

  • Downloading, copying, or redistributing content is strictly prohibited unless otherwise authorized.

  • In Phase 3, subscribers may share 30-second song previews externally and full songs internally with other subscribers.

  • If you purchase a custom song, you will receive full ownership rights including the lyrics, music, and a signed rights agreement.

6. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy.  We collect only essential information for account creation, billing, and support. We will never sell or share your data with third parties, and we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information.

7. International Availability

Our Service is available globally via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. However, features, content, and pricing may vary by location, and you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.

8. Careers & Creator Inquiries

While Storybook Streams does not currently accept user-submitted content, creators interested in contributing may contact us via the Careers Page and select “Creator Inquiry” to submit a message. We welcome talent but reserve the right to evaluate and select creators at our sole discretion.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Any fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

10. Liability Limitation

Storybook Streams, its owners, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, psychological impact, or injuries that may arise from:

  • Streaming or engaging with Storybook Streams content.

  • Participation in Storybook Streams events (e.g., DJ Storrie the Bear parties).

  • Any third-party activities or charity events associated with Storybook Streams.

All event participants must sign a waiver prior to attending any live event organized by Storybook Streams.

11. Content Disclaimer

All content on Storybook Streams is for entertainment and educational purposes only.

  • Storybook Streams does not guarantee the emotional or psychological safety of its content.

  • Parental supervision is encouraged for children under the age of 13.

  • Users are encouraged to report any offensive or inappropriate content directly to Storybook Streams for review.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of Storybook Streams will be handled through binding arbitration instead of court litigation. This is intended to reduce legal costs and expedite resolutions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
